PLOT Studio collaborated with Arlington Properties and 5th Dimension Architects to craft a dense, urban, transit-oriented experience for Charlotte’s growing population. Designing for a seamless indoor / outdoor transition while connecting the active, pool courtyard with the more passive secondary courtyard was paramount in developing a rich, immersive natural environment within Charlotte’s growing urban footprint.
